join sara rose for a 4wk yoga series supporting nourishment and healing in body, mind, and spirit. together we will turn our bodies into a moving prayer to find release, clarity, and empowerment with where we are.
in our 4wks together, i will pick a series of poses to focus on and break down with in-depth alignment and energetic understanding. each class will weave those poses in again and again, as well as correlate them with supporting poses so you can watch your practice blossom with strength and confidence.
please note :: class will be slow-flow level 1 working towards level 2. what that means to me is: you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals, and enough experience in your own practice to be able to modify poses to be appropriate for your body. all level 2 and up means to me is that you know how to honor your body and say no when appropriate. it doesn't mean that you can do everything; it does mean that you trust yourself to make your practice your own regardless of what is being offered. this class will be built to create strength and work towards deeper variations in challenging poses. because we will be a small, intimate group, i will have plenty of time to support you in finding variations that work for you.
